It is a point at which a catalyst, which is something that accelerates or facilitates a reaction or change, becomes particularly influential. In various contexts, a catalyst point can represent a turning point or a moment of ignition that sets in motion a series of consequential actions or developments.
Leaders experience a variety of catalyst points throughout their careers and often need a trusted partner to help navigate these key moments.
